目的:综述近年来有关膳食纤维对胃肠道作用的研究进展。方法:以国内外研究膳食纤维对胃肠道作用的代表性论文为依据,进行分析、整理和归纳。结果:膳食纤维对胃肠道的很多疾病都有防治作用或通过胃肠道调节作用防治全身其他系统性疾病。基本的机理就是膳食纤维对胃肠道某些营养素吸收的影响或是对胃肠道菌群的数量和种类都具有一定的调节作用,从而直接或间接的防治相关疾病。结论:膳食纤维对胃肠道的很多疾病都有防治作用,或通过胃肠道调节作用防治全身其他疾病,提高机体免疫力。
Abstract：Objective:In order to review the role of dietary fiber on gastrointestinal tract today.Methods:To analyze,summarize and organize the representative papers abroad and internal,that the role of dietary fiber on gastrointestinal tract.Results:Dietary fiber as a preventive and therapeutic effect on many gastrointestinal diseases,or prevent and cure other body systemic diseases through the Regulatory role on gastrointestinal tract.The fundamental mechanism is that dietary fiber affects the absorption of certain nutrients in gastrointestinal tract,or has a certain regulatory role on the number and types of the gastrointestinal tract Flora,Thereby,related diseases are prevented and cured directly or indirectly.Conclusion:Dietary fiber has a preventive and therapeutic effect on many gastrointestinal diseases,or prevent and cure other body systemic diseases through the Regulatory role on gastrointestinal tract,at the same time,improve body immunity.
