苗药搓更乃尼的本草学研究

摘要:

目的 对苗药搓更乃尼的本草学包括植物基源、民族民间用药经验、活性成分以及药理作用等进行梳理与总结。方法 通过到苗族地区考察、走访苗族医生和收集相关的资料,并结合文献查阅、对资料进行归类、分析和总结。结果 研究表明,搓更乃尼的基原为石松科植物石松(Lycopodium japonicum Thunb.),即中药伸筋草。其药用历史悠久,苗族民间及中医传统多用于治疗风痹、关节疼痛、屈伸不利等骨骼肌肉疾病,并据此开发出多种中成药制剂。现代研究已从中分离出石松生物碱、三萜、黄酮等多种成分,并证实其具有抗炎、镇痛、保护骨骼关节等多方面的药理活性。结论 搓更乃尼(伸筋草)是一种具有明确药用历史的民族药与中药资源。其传统应用经验丰富,现代研究在化学物质基础与药理活性方面已形成初步体系,为其进一步的开发与利用提供了科学依据。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate and summarize the herbalogical characteristics of the Miao medicine Cuogengnaini, including its botanical origin, ethnomedicinal experience, active constituents, and pharmacological properties.Methods Field investigations were conducted in Miao ethnic regions through on-site surveys and interviews with Miao medical practitioners, combined with the collection of relevant materials. In addition, literature retrieval was performed, and the collected information was systematically classified, analyzed, and summarized.Results Studies have shown that "Cuogengnaini" is derived from Lycopodium japonicum Thunb., a species in the Lycopodiaceae family, which is known in traditional Chinese medicine as "Shenjincao"(Herba Lycopodii). It has a long history of medicinal use. Both Miao ethnic folk medicine and traditional Chinese medicine have commonly employed it for treating conditions such as wind-damp arthralgia, joint pain, and impaired joint mobility-disorders primarily affecting the musculoskeletal system. Based on these applications, various Chinese patent medicines have been developed.Modern research has isolated multiple bioactive constituents from this plant, including lycopodium alkaloids, triterpenoids, and flavonoids, and has confirmed its diverse pharmacological activities, such as anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and bone-and joint-protective effects.Conclusion Cuogengnaini(Shenjincao) is a well-documented ethnomedicinal and traditional Chinese herbal resource with a clear historical background of therapeutic use. Its extensive traditional applications, combined with emerging modern research elucidating its chemical constituents and pharmacological activities, provide a solid scientific foundation for its further development and utilization.
